Join Biomeme, Inc. and INDICAL BIOSCIENCE at the 2019 American Association of Veterinary Laboratory Diagnosticians (AAVLD) and the United States Animal Health Association (USAHA) Annual Meeting to get the latest in veterinary diagnostic laboratory science, animal health, and disease regulation policy throughout the United States.

INDICAL will be showcasing their portable veterinary testing solution developed with Biomeme, Inc at the Rhode Island Convention Center from October 26-27, 2019 at booths #201 & #203.  In addition to their booths, INDICAL will host their showcase presentation on Saturday, October 26, 2019 from 6:30 - 7:00 PM in meeting room 554 at the Rhode Island Convention Center.

Biomeme, Inc. and INDICAL BIOSCIENCE announced in May 2019 that they have entered into an exclusive global licensing and research agreement in a joint effort to improve animal health globally. Biomeme has been primarily developing advanced mobile PCR detection technology for biothreat and environmental surveillance over the last six years. This partnership reinforces their role in these respective fields while further extending their end-to-end mobile PCR technology into the animal health and animal protein production spaces.

Max will cover how field-based molecular detection technologies are enabling real-time pathogen detection and disease surveillance at the point-of-need. He will highlight a variety of use cases in veterinary, aquaculture, vector surveillance, carcass sampling, and working upstream to MinION sequencing. Held at the Marriott Hotel in Cali, Colombia, the conference takes place from November 12-15th. Max will be speaking at the morning session on Tuesday, November 13th from 12-12:30 PM. The 148th Annual Meeting of the American Fisheries Society is expecting an attendance of over 2,000 fisheries and aquaculture scientists; federal, tribal, state, and local administrators, directors, and elected officials; educators; consultants; and marine and freshwater fishing industries. This year it’s taking place in Atlantic City, NJ from August 19th - 23rd. Find us on the trade show floor at the Smith-Root booth (#200, 201, 254) for a chat and a demonstration of Biomeme’s technology paired with Smith-Root’s aquatic eDNA sampling system, the ANDe™.

Meeting sessions, events, and the trade show will take place at the Atlantic City Convention Center. Trade show exhibitors will include federal and state fisheries agencies and companies providing boats, aquaculture supplies, fish tagging and tracking equipment, computer and software applications, consultant services, digital fish-measuring equipment, water quality monitoring and filtration systems, aeration systems, hydroacoustic systems, and others related to fisheries research and management.
